    - No, the main reason why self adhesive bitumen tape is welcomed all over the world,

      is because that, cold apply without torch heating, every easy to stick .

      After clean the basement, peel off the isolating film ,then stick on the places where need do waterproofing work.

      The bitumen tape will become combined with basement as the time goes fly .
