Mash Tun
- Height to width ratio optimized for quick mixing and better heating
- Durable top-mount mixer eliminates shaft sealing problems

Lauter Tun
- Height to width ratio optimized for efficiency at a custom wort density
- Mechanically simple, yet durable traveling rake design with water- tight drive shaft tower
- Sparge arm nozzles sized and located for uniform grain bed spraying
- Under screen nozzles remove flour between batches, reduce screen cleaning needs
- Generous under-screen draw off tubes allow even removal of wort from grain bed.
- Flip-down grain-out rakes remove most spent grain without labor
- Grain-out can easily be coupled with an auger or pump

Brew Kettle
- Kettle sized with adequate head space to allow for foaming without boil over
- Bottom steam jacket allows for early onset of boil
