Q. When can I get the quotation?

A: If any items get your interest, please send feedback to our email or chat on trade manager. We usually quote within 12 hours after get your inquiry. If you are having a very urgent project that needs our quick response, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry a priority.

Q: Do you accept custom design for the crystal ceiling light?

A: Yes, we offer customization service. What you need to do is sending us pictures or drawing as clear as possible.

Q. How can I get a sample ?

A: Yes, for any our existing goods, we will send you a sample by DHL, FEDEX or any other ways as your requirements ,we will charge the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refunded after order confirmation if the quantity can exceed our MOQ.

Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality first, 100% QC inspection before shipment. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained LVD CE ROHS VDE authentication.

Q. What's the lead time for mass production?

A:It depends on the order quantity and the reason you place the order. 3-7 days for samples; 25-35 days for batch goods.

Q: What is the terms of delivery?

A: FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT for samples, Door-to-Door;
 By Air or by Sea for batch goods, for FCL; Airport/ Port receiving; it depends on your choice.
