Beer manufacturing machines for brewing,1000l -3000l stainless steel tank for brewery,fermentation tank :the whole set equipment is made of austenitic stainless steel. The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket. The jackets are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed. Heat exchanging area of jacket of different proportions can be allocated according to customers' technological requirements. Widly used in brewery, bar, hotel, amily etc.
Brewhouse
The beating heart of your brewing operation is the brew house.A weel,inefficient heart can't be exerted and doesn't last.A durable and efficiect brewhouse from shunlong,ensures your brewery every opportunity to thrive.We outfit small brew pubs to regional breweries from 5bbl to 60lbbl.We understand that each brewer has his or her own brewing methodology and budgeraty requirements,therefore shunlong offers varying levels of automation and customization of two,three and four vessel brew house configurations.
Fermentation tank
Shunlong Brewing Operations supplies fermenters, brite tanks and single wall serving tanks ranging in capacity from 1 barrel to 150 barrels. Custom sizing of tanks to fit a space is common and no additional charge in most cases. Our quality standard begins with top shelf raw materials, continues with excellent workmanship and ends with rigorous testing. Shunlong has installed tanks from coast-to-coast and passes the careful structural engineering scrutiny in seismically active areas. Standard features of our tanks are listed below:
- · #4 Sanitary brite polish SS exterior finish with 2b interior finish
- · Operating pressure up to 30psi
- · Reinforced stainless steel legs with adjustable height for leveling
- · Side and cone, or bottom cooling jackets (single wall tanks excluded)

1-Applied for all kinds of beers fermentation (black beer, yellow beer, green beer, fruit beer), and its fermenters are acceptable for clients to do other wines fermentation.
2-Voltage class can be chose (220v and 380v) by customers and specific requirement can be meet.
3-Technical support will be availabe during the using life of this 1000L draft beer system.
4-Without filtration system(low output), this beer from this equipment would be more nutritious.
5-Electric heating source control the mashing temperature well.
6-If you have space restraint, dimension of tank can be customized.
7-Beer selling, kegging, bottling and other necessary spare parts are acceptable for us to provide.
Once equipment is installed to form the brewing "system", you can begin to produce fresh, craft beers. Here are the steps of the brewing process as the ingredients flow through the system:
[ 1 ] - MILL
A high-quality, adjustable, two-roll mill crushes the barley to the desired coarseness to form grist.
[ 2 ] - COMBI VESSEL
Actually two tanks in one: In the top unit, called the Mash/Lauter Vessel, grist and hot water are mixed to produce mash.From this, a clear substance called wort is extracted. The bottom unit of the Combi VEssel holds the additional hot water (liquor) needed for brewing and clean-up
[ 3 ] - MANIFOLD
During the brewing process, wort and hot and cold water must move easily through the brewhaouse. The Manifold is a nine-valve control station which allows all liquid to transfer in a safe, sanitary manner. This eliminates liquid spillage and contamination, which may occur when connections or disconnectiong hoeses and clamps, or using swing arm panels.
[ 4 ] - BREW KETTLE
Here wort is brought to boil and mixed with hops, which adds bitterness and aroma to the mixture. Depending on customer preference, the Brew Kettle can be directly gas-fired or steam heated. It mau ca clad in stanless steel and copper, or furnished with the classic onion0shaped dome.
[ 5 ] - PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER
Using tap water, chiled water, glycol or a combination of the three, this compact unit efficiently cools wort before it's transferred to the fermenter. The Exchanger also returns excess hot water to the Hot Water (liquor) Tank for use in the next brew.
[ 6 ] - FERMENTERS
HEre yeast is added to wort to create the distinctive composition and flavor of beer. Our special disign allows for fermentation, aging, carbonation and lagering all in onetank, if desired. This saves the brewer time and minimizes space. Fermenters are individually temperature controlled. (ASME Code Approved Optional.)
[ 7 ] - FILTER
At this stage, yeast is removed from the mixture, eaving brillantly clear beer. A palte-and-frame or horizontal diatomaceous filter is employed to recover every last drop of beer to minimize and filter the product for packaging.
[ 8 ] - SERVING VESSELS
These units receive and hold the filteres beer for direct service to the bar. Or thay may be used as holding tanks for packaging the product. (ASME Code Approved Optional.)
