1.Table vibration:

Energy from the vibration table through the pallet to the mixture, make the mixture density.

2.Pressure vibrating:

Pressure head of mould down to the top surface of concrete,at the same time vibration start.Pressure with vibrating.

3.Feed vibrating:

Small vibrating when the material feeding car at the top of the mould frame,let the concrete easy to fall down to the mould frame.

4.Green block:

Block just forming by the machine,without curing.

Separate the finished block from the mould.
