Use heat treatment on moulds and main parts of the machines:heavy duty machine structure and wear resistant moulds.The hardness reaches up to HRC 52.

Hydraulic parts and seals parts on hydraulic pressure system are from Japan or Taiwan,which protects pressure discharging or leakage.

Vibration frequency and vibration on molder can be adjusted as per different products or different craft work.(Such as low-frequency material feeding;high-frequency vibration).Auto materializes multi frequency on each production cycle to produce good quality products .
