2. We can provide free sample in common style but the Express delivery cost will be paid by customer. The samples lead time is 7-10 days. After sending the sample we will advise the tracking no. to you.

3. If our products are damaged on the trip due to our package, we will resend same quantity goods to customers without payment.

4. If you need to branded your logo on the products, we can supply printed logo, stamped logo and so on.

Q:What is the main products?

A:Our factory manufacture various plastic products ( plastic kitchenware, plastic daily life products...) We are especially specialized in plastic injection products and developing new moulds.

Q: Is it possible to make the new design plastic product upon my request?

A: OEM & ODM is available, you can show us the design plan, and it is better to ship us your original sample.

Q: Do you offer free sample?

A: Of course, if the sample is common style, we provide free sample without shipment. If the sample you want is uncommon style, there will be a sample cost  according to your design.

Q: If the products are broken during the transportation, how can I do?

A: You can show us the broken products by photos or video . After confirming the situation, we will resend you products with the same quantity of broken products.

Q: What payment do you accept?
