8. Dewatering is prepared for the frying part. The dewatered potato strips are low in moisture and easy to fry.

9. Frying is an important step. The frying time is 1-2 minutes. The frying machine can take electricity, gas, diesel, coal as the fuel. Based on the capacity, we will choose the suitable machinery for you.

10. The deoiling line is next step. Deoiling will make the fried food crispier and  more palatable.

3, If customer can not install and operate the machine, we will show clients the install instruction or video. If cusotmer stil can not do it, we will send our engineer to install and teach them to use.
