Fully-Automatic Peanut Coated Frying Processing Line

Specifications

 It is a whole line from peering peanut, selected, blanching, dewater, frying, deoil, flavour, and cooling.

The equipments:

1, Hoist is used to convey the peanut into the peeling machine

2, The peeling machine is used to peel the peel of the peanut

3, The belt is used to take the peanut to the blanching machine

4, The blanching machine is used to wash the peanut

5,  The dewater equipment is used to dry the peanut

6,  The fryer is used to fry the peanut

7,  The deoil equipment is used to filter the oil

8,  Then it is cooling system

9, The last one is packing 

  Wooden package or as the clients' require.

 1, Supply all informaton about the machinery to seller if customer require, such as the price list, the operation instruction, the video or other.

2, we will prepare and send all documents before goods reaching destionation port. The documents include sales contract, Immercial invoice, Packing list and other certificate.

3, If customer can not install and operate the machine, we will show clients the install instruction or video. If cusotmer stil can not do it, we will send our engineer to install and teach them to use.

4, One year warranty. Within one year from the signed contract, we can provide free service.
