INGREDIENTS:
    Bergamot oil:        Commonly used for depression, stress, fear and tension
    Orange Oil:           Most often used for it's sweet smell and superior antidepressant qualities
    Grapefruit Oil:        Best known for its uplifting qualities
    Patchouli Oil:         Valuable oil for stress relief
    Ylang Ylang Oil:     A very soothing oil, reducing nervousness and anxiety

Use: Perfect for use in a diffuser.  If using topically - Dilute with a carrier oil and Gently massage 3-5 drops of the mixture onto the chest, back, and the soles of the feet as needed. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Additional dilution recommended before using on sensitive areas such as the face and neck, etc. Keep out of reach of children.
