Product Packaging :

 Packaging is normally are bundles, losses or client option in bundle with strip or in bulk or according to custom opinion 25 tons/container for pipe with usual outer diameter. For 20" container the max length is 5.8m; For 40" container the max length is 12m. other options are available based on customer requests. Please discuss when placing orders.

Product process:

 Raw materials uncoiling, leveling, end cutting and welding, looping, forming, welding, weld bead inside and outside to remove - precorrection - induction heat treatment, sizing, straightening, eddy current testing, cutting, pressure check, pickling, final inspection (strictly) - packaging - liaocheng city great luck or blessing LTD shipment.
