  Hebei Chunfeng Foundry Co., Ltd.is  specialized in automobile casting foundry processing with production capacity 30,000 tons per year. Our company is founded in 2005, covering an area of 450 acres, and is the backbone enterprise of Chunfengindustrial group which ranks into the top 500  enterprises in China. We have 372 employees, including 24 professional technicians and 28 high-class managers. Our products mainly assorts with famous automobile brands, such as GWM, SGM,SVW and SG Automotive and so on. The markets cover Hebei, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Shanghai and other cities. The main products are differential case, steering knuckle, engine flywheel, brake calipers etc. Our steering knuckle products are named as the national high-quality castings gold medal. Company also is rated as  China foundry hundred enterprises.

  GWM, SGM,SVW andSG Automotive as our main partners, more than 60% of products is the steering knuckle. We exclusive supply steering knuckle for Great Wall H6 Hover and Great Wall C50. For other vehicles, 50% of  steering knuckles is our products, like for Changan Motors CS75,SG Automotive matching 6480 and Chery Motors T15. The rest 40% products are engine flywheel series products for  SVW and GWM ,and shell products for Beijing Automotive and Great wall cars.

Design and Research Capabilities

1. There are 30-odd engineers and technicians, of whom, 3professional Casting senior engineer, 6 engineer and 24 engineers
2. Product design adopted CAXA CAD and UG design software. Product developmentuse MAGMA casting solidification simulation software for mold flow analysis.

 Foundry equiments: 

Using medium-frequency induction furnace accurately and easily control chemical compositions, molten and topping temperature in the process of smelting. Ingredients and record are on the basis of ingredient list. Melted iron by Pouring became spectroscopic samples, and then adjust the chemical composition according to the spectral analysis. The furnace manager will adjust the chemical composition until qualified and sign it. When the furnace temperature reaches requirements, the manager will measure and record it. 

Molten iron Quality Control: we have automatic electromagnetism charging and batching system made by YueyangHuazhong, OBLF  direct-reading spectrometer made by Germany, SABULANCE thermal analyzer before the furnace and immersion type thermocouple thermo detector. All these equipments make molten iron compositions and temperature meet requirements  of specifications.

Sand Mulling System: The core parts of sand mixer, online testing, and controlling software for mix  and add sand are original France design. The computer automatically record all data, which guaranteed molding sand consistent quality. Completely closed design greatly reduced the environment effect on molding sand performance.

This type of Xindong Molding machine have two advantages: high degree of automation, stable and reliable in quality. Add sand by airflow and extrusion forming processmake the cavity layout uniformity of hardness and then ensure the consistency of the  casting in size and shape. This type molding machine with two high degree of accuracy orientation guide rods simplify operate, highly accurate and make error rate to less than 0.2mm. It is very good for dynamic balance of the differential housing cover.
