A1: We are a professional manufacturer in making electric appliance products AND stainless steel products for more than 5 years! 


Q2:Is OEM and ODM available? 
A3: For sure! We make 90% of the spare parts in-house with our own machines and equipment. As long as you provide us with the sample, we will be able to produce it! 

Q3. What payment terms would you accept? 
A4: T/T payment in advance and irrevocable L/C at sight are preferable but still we could talk about the payment terms based on the scenario. 

Q4. Could you please give me more information on shipment?
A5. Shipping by vessel is the most common way we send our goods to our customers. But still shipping by air is available, as per customer’s requirement under FOB, CIF terms. 

Q5. Is free sample available? 
A6.New customers are generally expected to pay for the sample fee and the courier cost, which would be reimbursed to our customers once an order of no less than 2000 dollars is placed. Our old customers would get the samples for free!
