1.    Q: How about the color?

          A: The regular colors of the products to choose are white, green, blue, pink and yellow.

       Other colors can be also chosen, but the minimum order is 40’ HQ.

2.    Q: How about the material?

         A: The materials for face mask to choose are PP, SMS and ES;

         the materials for garments to choose are PP, SMS, SF and PP+PE.

3.    Q: How about if goods are damaged in transit?

          A: We suggest you buy marine insurance.

4.    Q: How about the time of delivery?

          A: The regular goods take about 20 days. It depends on the quantity of goods.

5.    Q: How about the sample?

       A: We offer free sample if you pay the shipping free to our PayPal account.

         We will choose the most favorable express (DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc.).

6.    Q: How about OEM?

         A: We have OEM. The regular quote contains the printing fee of outer box.

       If you want printing on inner box, please provide your logo color and we will give you the quote.

7.    Q: How about if I can’t find the type of product on your company website?

       A: Please send the detailed information of the product to our email.
