Machine Part 1

Name: Screw thread

The screw thread is made of Cr12 die steel. Cr12 die steel has a high resistance to abrasion, which can prolong the service life of the machine.
And our screw thread adopts three-garde press, which can press the materials competely.

Machine Part 2

Name: Grooves for material rotation 

There is groove in both side of each screw row. It can make sure that the material can rotate in the press cage.
And it also can make the material pressed fully.
With grooves on the screw row, 5% oil yield can be improved.

Main Part 3

Name: The inner part of control system

Name: The vacuum filters
