We have excellent technology development capabilities, the high purity fused quartz crucibles for the solar grade mono-crystalline silicon application.  Our quartz crucibles are available in a range of standard sizes from 12 to 28 inches in diameter, and in custom-made drawing. In addition to the available compositions, we will prepare to work on your specific crucible designs. We can also produce special types according to client's technical data and drawing.

Quartz glass plate/disc, usually  made out of cutting quartz glass, the content of silica is 99.99%. Hardness of mo  type is  seven levels, good resistance to high temperature, low thermal expansion coefficient, heat-resisting. seismic resistance and electrical insulating performance is good and so on. Usually colorless transparent , visible light transmission  rate above 85%.

1, high temperature resistant. Quartz glass softening point temperature of about 1730 °C, 1100 °C in the long time of use, the short time highest use temperatures up to 1450 °C.

2 and corrosion resistance. In addition to the hydrofluoric acid, quartz glass almost no and other acid material produces chemical reaction, the acid ability is the ceramic 30 times, stainless steel 150 times, especially in high temperature chemical stability, is any other engineering materials can match.

3, thermal stability. To adapt to the glass thermal expansion coefficient of tiny, can withstand severe temperature changes, the quartz glass heated to 1100 °C or so, in room temperature water also won't burst.

4, pervious to light good performance. Quartz glass in the ultraviolet ray to infrared spectral bands have into the good pervious to light performance, visible light transmittance in 93% above, especially in ultraviolet spectrum area, the biggest through rate can reach more than 80.

5, quartz glass electrical insulating performance is good. Quartz glass resistance as common glass ten thousand times, is a very good electrical insulating materials, even in normal temperature also has a good performance.
