Working Principle

Production Line includes three systems that is feeding system, crushing system and sieving conveyor system. Complete feeding system has vibrating feeder or other types of feeding equipment. In the sand and gravel production line, feeding system are generally used for feeder equipment was responsible for the supply of stone.

The crushing system is the heart of the whole equipment. Its job is to break all kinds of raw materials into the size of the required finished product. Joint sand and gravel production line can have more than one crusher. The production line could be designed according to different requirements.

The sieving conveyor system is used to transport the crushed materials. In the application of compound crushing production line, sand and stone need to be separated, and classification of ballast need to be transported by the conveyor or other transporting system to the respective sites.
