  Double Roller Crusher Introduction
    Double roller crusher is suitable for such solid materials that compression strength less than 300Mpa, moisture less than 35 %, and usually for fine and intermediate crushing. It can be widely used in mining , thermal power , cement, ceramics , metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials industry.

Principle of work

Double roller crusher has two high-strength wear-resistant alloy rollers. The two rollers turn relative together to make high pressure to crush the material. The material is entered into the space between the two rollers, suffered both extrusion and shear force. In the crusher rolling, cutting and grinding, it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
