     Introduction

    Impact crusher is applicable to crushing hard (compressive strength less than 350MPa) materials, coarse and fine operations, such as granite, basalt, iron ore, manganese ore, limestone, gold ore, concrete. PF-1010: The diameter of inlet is 400*1080mm, the maxim feed particle size is less than 300mm, the max discharged size is less than 20mm, the product capacity is 50-90 t/h.

  The materials could be crushed again until it meets the required sizes.

  Working Principle

   The materials are crushed by impact energy produced in the impact crusher machine. When the materials enter the cavity of the board hammer, they are flung into the impact equipments via the high-speed impact of the board hammer. These materials will be re-crushed after rebrought into the scale board. The large materials are crushed into small pieces until it becomes the specified granularities. The end products come out from the base of the impact crusher machine. It can be used as gold mining machine which can be combined into a production line.
