>>>>>Brief Introduction

CR100 common rail test bench is our newly-designed common rail test bench for both common rail pumps and injectors.
It applies to common rail system of BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI,SIEMENS and so on. The test bench is configured with a BOSCH common rail pump which outputs 0-2000bar common rail pressure. It is measured by sensors and displayed on the computer which stores over 400 data for comparison.

>>>>>Characteristics

1. Industrial computer with windows operating system;

2. Having its own data base which can be queried, stored and modified to form a new data base;

3. Adjustable common rail pressure in close-loop control, which is very stable with a fluctuation of ±1Mpa;

4. The common rail pressure is displayed on the computer in real time;

5. The driving signal, the pulse-width and the frequency is adjustable.

6. The injection times and time can be set freely;

7. Over voltage protection function--if the common rail pressure is over 1600bar the machine will stop by itself.

8. Oil temperature is controlled by Compressor forced-Refrigeration system (optional);

9. Internet connection makes the remote control possible (optional);

10. Safety shield of plexiglass makes the operation very safe.
