99.998% Pure Copper, same as American copper ASTM C11000.16Gauge(1.5mm)copper sheet.
We only use pure flesh copper for our products. Some Mexican or Indian copper factories maybe use recyled copper to save the material cost. But we will never do it, because recyled copper maybe contain the lead which will be harmful to our health.

Surface Finish: Hand hammered

Patina/Color Finish: Coffee

(Copper products are expensive, so we apply the best and durable crates to make sure the package is strong enough in ocean shipping and truck transportation)

The inserts/liners/fans/vents should be bought in US or customer's country. Because such products are requested UL/CSA/CE approval. And very few companies in China have such approval.

Just send us the overall size of liner, so that we can design the hood according the liner you chose. And make sure the liner and our hoods can match in size.

About Copper Range Hoods:

Copper hoods are actually traditional furniture. Early Western civilizations had already used copper hoods in their kitchens. Usually, copper hoods are placed on top of stoves. These furniture function as ventilation enhancers especially on that particular home area that is characterized by extreme heat and humidity.

That way, the smoke and humidity formed during the cooking process is not diffused, but concentrated into the hood and then transferred out through external holes, which are usually placed outside the house or at some house areas.
