 Configurations:

1) Adopt ceramic anilox roller transfer ink;

2) Each printing unit adopts 360 ° circumferential direction on the version mediation. 6+2 means, 6 units for printing (first roll printing + second roll printing. It can be 3+3, 4+2 etc ) ; 2 units for gluing and polishing.

3. Double unwinders ( for 2 rolls, first roll is with glassine paper and adhesive paper, second roll is upper surface paper) with double web guide system and double auto tension controllers.

4. Equipped with Three die-cutting stations, the first and second die-cutting station can do double sides working , the third die-cutting station can be used as sheeting device or dot line cutting.

5. After sheeting in the third die-cutting station, conveyor belt can output the products orderly.(option)

6. Unwinding and rewinding tension are auto-controlled by magnetic powder brake and clutch.

7. Video inspecting system as optional, its monitoring the surface quality in high-speed printing;

8. The ink rollers will be separated from the printing roller, and keep running when the machine stops.;

9.The main motor works with frequency inverter.

10.This machine can finish paper feeding, gluing, printing, polishing, auto infrared drying, laminating, die cutting, rewinding in one line, its a ideal equipments for commercial paper printing, high-grade adhesive label printing and logistics paper printing.
