The line represents the improved design of double-bubble forming heat-shrinkable blown film technology. The system features advanced mandrel concentric die and internal bubble cooling system, irfrared radant heaters and temperature measurement modular, tension control system and four-station central rotating winder etc.

The line excels at producing POF shrinkable film with PP/PE/PP structure. The film product has excellent properties, such as high transparency, low temperature resistance, temperature resistance, twisting resistanceand high shrinkable ratio. They are ideal and environmentally friendly heat shrinkable film packaging widely used for food, beverage, medicine, cosmetic commodity, stationary, magazine, video tape, electrical components and machine etc.

(1). The unique designed PP/PE 3-layer coextrusion die head. The die head adopts technology of two-extruder,three extruder coextrusion to ensure short retention time of flowing channel discharging and uniformdistribution of rapid melting. No mixed layer and convincing performance;
