Keypad is used to drive the gear transmission motor for moveable doors and extension doors. Its brake system is guaranteed by magnetic switch and also the key-controlled release, which is specially prepared for users to manipulate manually during abnormal conditions (power-off, electric faults, etc). These devices ensure the motor to be a safe and reliable product. Meanwhile it is also remote-controlled and electronic burglary-proof

  This machine is a drive motor used to drive the sliding gate.This design of mechanical-electrical  integration was adopted withbuilt-in control panel and remote control.The brake system is guaranteed by the magnetically induced for ths users is also provided. Manual operation will be adopted under unusual conditions in order to make it a durable and safe products.

Operating principle: This machine is mainly composed of single-phase AC motor ,engine base,electrical control panel.worm and gear,clutch,housing and inhibiting device. This internal circuit of the electrical control panel will control the motor,the motor will drive the worm and gear in order to drive the decelerating device,to drive the engagment rotation of the output shaft gear and the gate,drive the horizontal shift of the sliding gate.

Main functional features

1.Manual:The built-in manual-electrical converter clutch is provided,only the manual box should be opened in case of power failure or motor failure,insert the manual key into the clutch and rorate by around 100 degrees ,switch to manual mode,the gate will be opened manually,(the clutch should be in the closed mode under normal electrical operation).

2.Automatic gate closing:The time of gate closing can be set by the user according to its needs, the time of automatic gate closing can be adjusted within a range from 0 to 120 seconds,when turning the key”3” of the 4 digit dial on the control panel to “NO”,it meas  the function ofautomatic gate closing has been started(the function will be invalid when turning to “OFF”). 3.Implementation memory:When the gate reaches the terminal limit position,the current limit position will be memosized automatically,the setting will be cancelled when the reverse movement starts. 4.Manual setting of key locking:The user can set the remote control function of manual lock according to its need,when switching the key “2”on the digit dial of the circuit board to “NO”,it means the function of key locking on the remote control has benn started,when switching to “OFF”,it means the remote control of manual key is invalid.

 5.Brake function:The user can set the time of gate closing according to its needs,when switching the key “4” of the implementation of motor is invalid(the brake function is used to alleviate the inertail collision of the implemenatation) of the gate motor.It is suggested not to start the small gate motor,the reverse pulling of the gate during implementation might occur)

6.Adjustment of motor strength:The output strength can be adjusted.

7.Infrared function:(the infrared device should be purchased) This function can only take effect when the gate is closed,when the gate is closed,if the infrared cencounters obstacle,the gate will stop operation immerdiately and then moves reversely.
