The roll forming machine consists of hydraulic uncoiler, infeed guide, straightening device, pre-punching device, post-cut device, fixed position driven forming stations, rectification device, hydraulic station, control console, and manual unload product run out table.

l  Material of Main Equipment

Roller Material             GCr15 bearing steel, with quenching treatment.

Active Shaft Material   High grade No.45 carbon wrought steel,which can improve the integrated mechanic feature of the shaft.

Electric Elements       PLC control panel, transducer imported from Mitsubishi of Japan.

Other elements are from famous suppliers of China.

Cutter Blade             Cr12 mould steel with quenching treatment.

Punching Die            Cr12 mould steel with quenching treatment.

l  Component and Function

Coil Feeding Equipment: Consists of one hydraulic uncoiler with capacity of 4 tons and its base. The steel sheet is fed to the guiding equipment under the function of friction and traction.

Infeed Guide:       Adopting guiding bar and sliding block (sheet lubricator) to control the width and position of the steel sheet. The coil sheet is guided in the correct position and passed to the roll forming equipment.

Mainframe Transmission: The power of transferring is from cycloidal pin wheel speed reducer, so that the efficiency of transferring is higher, and it reduces the time of maintenance.

Straightening Device: There’re 7 pieces of rollers to straighten the steel plates, to make the steel plates flat, it’s a kind of leveling device.

Pre-Punching Equipment: There’re two groups of punching devices(regular hole size is 14*20mm), group 1 is to punch two holes, group 2 is to punch one hole. You can choose punching or without punching. Lengthways holes can be changed by PLC, you can input data in the controlling system; transverse holes can be changed by manual, just rotate the rockers.

Pre-Cut Equipment: The length and quantity of pieces can be set by the buyer through the control console, when reach the set length, the machine will cut the panel automatically. The cutting is finished under the power of hydraulic station which guarantees the precision of cutting. To choose pre-cut mode, you don’t need to change cutting mould when you change size of purlin. Length of product should be more than 2m.

Roll forming station:  It is adopted by whole body shifting mode to change sizes of purlin, the height and width can be adjusted independently, so that the specification can be easily changed. Through rotating rockers in side of machine to change the C and Z shape purlin.

Hydraulic Station:    Supplies the initial power to the cuter and punching device through a closed oil tank.

PLC Control Console: The electric controlling system of this machine consists of five parts: operating system, touch screen, PLC, transducer and strong electricity parts. The controlling system of this machine is imported from Mitsubishi Company of Japan. The system uses modularized structure and has convenient, reasonable, canonical wiring arrangement, and its maintenance is quite easy. The independent operating console facilitates the mutual dialogue between the operator and the machine. The operation is easy and steady and can be chosen operation by manual or automatically.

Product Support Table: To support the finished run out panels. The quantity we supply is 2 pieces with length 2 meters; it can support panels with more than 4 meters in normal condition.
