SH-2012AH/QH CNC flame/plasma cutting controller is specially designed for portable cutting machine. It’s widely used for all kinds of portable and small cutting machines. It has 7” truecolor LCD, dynamic graphic display, steady performance and easy operation.

Controller Feature

It adopts industrial ARM chip,low consumption, low heat, no need compulsive heat dissipation, good anti-water, oil and dust as well as worse working situation.
Hight hardware integration, perfect design, anti-interference of plasma, lightning stroke and surge. It passed EMC test.
It has four in-built relays with arc extinction and discharge devices, so no need to fix for users. Every relay has more than 2 normal open/close torch points, at the same time active/passive output is available as well as plasma/flame cutting. It’s convenient for users to instal, connect wires. The four relays have their own functions, gas and preheat oxygen or height control, cutting oxygen or plasma start arc, torch up and down as well as limit and self-lock.
Operating interface in Chinese and English, dynamic graphic display, simulate cutting track, real-time display of cutting state and input/output state.

Rich software function, practicle flame/plasma cutitng setup, kerf compensation, broken point recover, original track back to cut, start from random program, torch random position to adjust and choose, prerun outline, parts spin, mirror, array, zoom in scale and other cutting functions.
It has 24 kinds of graphic library and simple nesting function and easy operation.
It’s completely compatible with IBE, FASTCAM and other CAD/CAM nesting softwares.
Handheld remote controller is optional with moving, positioning, speedup, speeddown and other cutting controller functions.
