Product Description
Part one: keg washer function and technical parameter
1. The control unit adopts German siemens PLC controller, the whole progress is automatic control, one key operation, washing progress, sterilization and pressure backup being finished automatically.
2. With keg spear counter washing function.
3. Two water box installed(clean water and alkali water), with electric heating function, the temperature can be adjusted, alkali water, sterilized water can be used circularly.
4.With pneumatic angle seat valve, operation is reliable.
5. The equipment frame, platform, piping, valves are all stainless steel, pipes and pneumatic system adopts fully sealed type, the equipment is beautiful and durable.
During operation, the craft/program can be changed as customers actual requirement, if there is any different progress, set to 0.
Part Two: Working process and configuration
The cleaning progress is:
Pressing keg—opening keg spear—evacuation—hot water in—evacuation—hot alkali water in—alkali water back—hot water in—evacuation—sterilized water in—sterilized water back—CO2 pressure backup—closing keg spear—raising up;
