We will design the punch as the requirement to ensure the flotsam will flow out the hydraulic machine automatically .the material of the punching head & cutting mould is:Cr12mov

GY250S series in the style of door structure ,rolling metal band(material:Q235) thickness(3-4mm) ,the diameter of the axis of roller(80mm), the rolling speed(12-22m/min), approximately 2-3 pc of guard rail panel which length is at 4320mm.The height of the material: 90mm,the   material   of     main roller:Gcr15(HRC55-60). Main transport: 45KW, ZQ650reducer.
