Description

The cryogenic semi-trailer tanker mainly consists of horizontal storage tank, half trailer chassis, operation box, cryogenic liquid pump, automatic compressor, flow hose and connection pieces between the tank and chassis. It is a necessary gas carrier in cryogenic liquid transportation.

We have LO2 tanker, LN2 tanker, LAr tanker, LCO2 transport tanker, LNG semi trailer tanker, etc. They are all characterized by high security, big storage capacity, flexible use and good heat insulation. They can be equipped with various accessories according to specific requirements.

Features
1. The semi-trailer tanker adopts the durable Germany BMP shaft. More than 10 years of application proves its rigidness.
2. The function liquid level meter is more accurate than ordinary digital liquid level meter.
3. The vacuum degree of transport tank is equivalent to that of the static storage tank. Without discharging the liquid, the safety valve of a full tanker will not open in 15-30 days.
4. Transport volume ranges from 5m³ to 52m³.

Private Dock

We own a digging dock which has a capability of transporting 500 tons of large pieces of goods with dimensions of 50m*10m*7.5m into Shanghai port through Peking-Hangzhou canal. It is also equipped with various equipments and machines in total of 230 sets, such as large-sized lift equipment, underwater plasma cutting machines and automatic welding machines, etc, which has the ability to produce air separation plant in capacity of 60000~120000Nm³/h.

4.  Q: What is your production standard? Can you manufacture your products under ASME standard?

Re: Our products are designed, manufactured and tested as per reference standards of GB150, Safety technology supervision regulations of pressure vessels and some other reference Chinese standards.

Our company has obtained the A2 and C2, C3 Pressure Vessel Fabrication Certifcates, Grade GC1 Pressure Pipe& Vessel Construction Certifcates, ISO9001 Quality Certificate, ASME Certificate and U Stamp. So, if you ask for ASME stamp, we are able to manufacture your products under ASME standard.

5. Q: What’s the warranty for the storage tanks?

Re: Our warranty is one year after shipment. Within one year, we will send broken spare parts at our cost upon request if it is proved to be our production defect. In fact, we rarely receive any spare parts request. If the tanks are maintained properly, they can be used for 15-20 years.

6. Q: I want to buy multi-layer tank, can you send me the specification sheet?

Re: At present, our company’s tank is vacuum powder tank, but not multilayer. The tank is vacuumed after perlites are injected into the interlayer. The material used for multilayer tank is less than vacuum powder tank. Actually it is smaller than vacuum powder tank. Since multilayer tank production is a very new and high technology, none of Chinese factories can make it very well. It’s not so mature so far. There are a few failure cases in the market, which prohibits the other factories to try it.
