Part 1. Features:

Part2 :

Centrifugal cryogenic pumps produced by our company are divided into 2 transmit ways: speed is  adjusted by wheel and change frequency.The first one connects speed transfer box and maleedge of motor directly, making the structure more compact. The second one makes pump shaft and motor shaft connect  rigidly. By changing frequency to adjust motor working frequency, then, reach the required speed. These two ways have advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance and low noise features. The sealing of pump takes partly mechanic sealing. During maintenance, change consumable part only. The cost is 1/10 of the entire equipment. 

To meet the need of market, our company has developed gas labyrinth cryogenic liquid pump to match air separation plant for constantly transporting cryogenic liquid. This sealing can be used for 8,000 hours and even more. It has been used in the equipment. 

The parameter range is as follows:

1) Flow: 8 - 40m³

2) Head:35 - 260m

3) Gas suck pressure: 0.05 - 0.1MPa

4) NPSH value: 0.8 - 1.2m

Meanwhile, our company produces LCO2 refilled wheel pump, low liquid inlet pressure zero pressure pump (liquid inlet pressure is lower than 0.01MPa).

We can design and manufacture according to the parameters required by the customer.

All cryogenic pumps take crow assemble structure, which is assembly pump, pipes required by process, valve and filter as a whole body to base. It's quite easy to install the equipment in user's site.

Part 5: Relevant FAQs of Pump:

1) Q: We want to buy a pump for filling cylinders but I don’t know how big I need, will you suggest?

Re: Pls tell us more so we can calculate which pump is your need.

Q1.- the capacity of each cylinder (kg or m3); 

Q2.- the working pressure of each cylinder (bar);

Q3.- the quantity of cylinders to be filled per day (how many cylinders);

Q4.- the continuous working hour of the argon filling station per day (how many hours)

2) Q: What accessories will you provide with your pump?

Re: Often we will provide easily broken parts together with our pump for free so that within two years you don’t need to worry spare parts are consumed. Our standard supply for pumps include pressure level gauge, operation box, pump head, motor etc.

3) Q: Do you also provide other pumps like methanol pump, R152 pump, ethylene pump?

Re: Yes, we sell them too. If you have need, kindly tell us your requirements so we can quote.

4) Q: What is the delivery time?

Re: The delivery time is 20 days.
