Each  DX7 head can print appro.16sq.m per hour by 4 pass.
2)What kind of ink should we use?
Sublimation ink:polyester or polyester based blended fabric.

The ink consumption is 10ml-12ml/sq.m 
4) What’s the lifespan of the Print head ?
Each  DX7 print head can print at least 50,000sq.m if you operate properly.
