| Paper sticking production line is a economical equipemnt for sticking sheet and roll material,such as grainy paper/pvc on the flat substrates e. g. MDF,OSB, chipboard, honeycomb board, multilayer board, WPC,plasterboard, ABS, plastic or components for sandwich panels. | |||

| 1,All the upper press rollers are controlly by the air cylinder and are equipped with digital controller for the thickness of panel which can adjust the distance between the upper and the lower rollers correctlly and supply enough press evenly, so it is suitable for different thickness of film (PVC or paper) and panel. | |||
| 2,Appropriate dust proof cover and static eliminator can remove the dust effectively and improve the quality of the products. | |||
| 3,The glue coating rollers are controlled by two independent motors which make even glue surface. What is more the two coating rollers are moving on opposite direction which make thinner glue coater. | |||
| 4.Following the glue coating, there is a heating system which used to dry the glue and better to use in winter What is more the conveying length after the glue coating part is4000mm which is long enough to take the board out if the glue coating result is not perfect | |||
| 5,Infrared heating and drying system which equips with aluminum cover and intelligent temperature controller can make sure the constant temperature and certain viscosity for glue to intensify the stickiness and improve the working efficiency and quality of products. | |||
| 6,It adopts air shaft to fix the roll of film quickly and solidly. The electromagnetic tension system can control the tension quickly and conveniently. | |||
| 7,It is equipped with film roll moving system which can move the film roll in place and avoid film wrinkling without stopping the machine, so it can improve the working efficiency and quality of products.
