You should build your document at 100%, In case where this is not possible.Created it at either 50%, 25% or 12.5% of final size.

Make sure that image resolution is considered when working at less than 100% of scale.
If working at 50% of final size. Placed images should be at least 200DPI, which calculates to 100DPI at final size.The safest way to submit a project please convert all fonts to outlines or curves.
