Q3. What is the paper box/bag size?
We do customized products,any size we can make according to your the size is decide by you,as you may know,different size have different price,please kindly let me know,what size will your requirement? If you no idea of box size,we can suggest size to you also.

Q4.What color can I use ?
Pantone colors as well as the common 4 color (CMYK) process ,any color is available.

Q5. Which format file you would need it for the design?
We need the design file in AI,PDF or CDR format with300DPI which could be edited with high resolution for your printing purpose.

Q6: Can you do design for me?
Yes, we could be making that design according to your requirement,we can add your company logo, website, phone number or your ideas...on it. .The background color is decide by you, any color is available.our profession designer can make design to you for free .And before the sample making, we will be sending your graphic design to let you confirmed. So pls don't worry for that.

Q7.How can I get a quotation for my products?
Before we provide our best and accurate quotation, we have to know more details of your products, So, pls be more patient, and tell us more about your products, for example, what's the size? How about the color? How many pieces you want to order?...After we know well the details, we will send you our quotation asap.

Q8. What about the lead time for mass production?
Usually, we need 10-15days to produce.. it is depend on your quantity.
