Warm tip:

1.If there's not too many goods we suggest to ship by express,since it will be faster and more safty,as you know if by express you don't need to consider too much,just wait at home and pay little tax when goods arrived,and clients won't need to provide any thing like tax number also won't need to worry about customs clearance.

2.If what you need will be more than 1CBM i will suggest you to send by sea,it do will save a lot of money just will take a longer time,for example if ship to USA,it will take 15-35 days to arrive,of course western sea side will be faster and eastern sea side will be slower. 

But if you are new for foreign trade or new for sea transportation,you need to make sure: if you have the right of import or export,if not maybe you need to find an agent to help you for customs clearance,it won't cost you too much money,but do will help! also different countries has their own rules for import,take USA as an example,customs will need client to fill and send the ISF information before the boat shipping,also will need to buy BOND for this,otherwise will face a fine of $5000,clients need to know these rules so that won't make any mistake or misunderstand each other. finally,before placing the order client should tell us when your deadline will be so that we can know how to plan the mass production and will make sure won't miss the boat.

1. OEM is welcome no matter for products or package etc.

2. We have our own forwarder that cooperated for many years,they will save your money on shipping,but if you have a better one

    just tell us please,of course we will use the better one.

3. If you need our assist to purchase anything else that we don't have,we will be very pleasure to do this for you,just pay us some  

    commission is ok,as you know our factories have our association even not a same industry,so will have cheaper price for each

    member.

4. If you need any certification we will be pleasure to assist you to make it. 

We have 19 years manufacturing experience of wood turning products,also many experienced workers follow us for more than 10 years.we have been a long time producing products for many foreign trade companies,though it's the first year we start foreign trade,now we have extended the types of our products,we not only produce wooden parts/toys/boxes and small crafts,but also begin to design and produce furnitures,what we use is nature paint,and of course safety synthetic paint
will looks more colorful and stylelish.

Then,our products may not as much as other companies,since as a factory we do not have too many products,but we are professional in what we can produce and if the quality is not as good as the sample you received from us,we will be responsible for that for example resend some or all for you,or refund the money to you,anyway won't let you loss from any order from us!

1. why your products are in good quality and how to tell from two different factories?

Answer:

(1).a good quality products should at least use good material,you could see/touch/smell the product to get the answer that if the material is new and dry.

(2).paint is very important for a product,for example the PU paint,you could see if the paint is gloosy/smooth,if the smell is too strong.

(3).if a product is full covered by paint,the best way is to cut it and find if the material is the right me times the factory will use low price material then paint the product,so clients should pay more attention to this,since the quality of products should worth it's price.

2.what time the products in wood and bamboo will go mouldy? also how us deal with that?

Answer: the rainny season around Apr-May,we will dry the materials for a long time in the drying room,for bamboo it will be better to paint some vernish.

3.If some of the products you received are broken or in bad quality,how to deal with?

Answer:

(1). take photos for us,make sure the total qty of the broken products and tell us.

(2). you could choose refund you money of that part of broken ones,or count the cost into the next order.
