Description:

The CT-05 is a high precision cleaver for single fibre applications, providing typical end face angle of 0.5 degrees. The CT-05 features a flat diamond blade, rather than the circular style blade that is used by the CT-30 and earlier cleaver models. The blade life is up to 64,000 cleaves and the blade is easily replaced by the user.

Application:

This also uses "conventional" circular blade system used in CT-30 series for more stable performance in dusty condition, which "flat diamond blade" system used in.

The CT-05 series gains pricing competitiveness in kit pricing for FSM-60S/18S/11S single fiber splicer range, but also for connector / optical components market, which massive cleaving opportunity exists.
