1. Are you a manufacturer?

   Yes, we are 100% manufacturer with more than 7 years experiences. All the procedures will be finished by us, that is good to control the quality and production process.

2. Is The Mold Charge Refundable?

Usually it is not,. But if your order quantity is big enough, we could refund the mold charge.

3. What is your minimum order quantity?
    Usually, our MOQ is 10000 piece per color and per size. But we also accept special orders.

4.. What is your sample & mass lead time?

    A: Sample: 3-7 days( depends on if you need printing or not)
    B:Mass: 25-30 days after receiving bank slip( depends on your specific requirements of boxes)

5. Can I get some free samples?
     Yes, if we have some in stock, we can provide it to you for free. But if you want sample exactly based on your design, There will be sample charge.

6. Which terms of payment is available?

 7. How to ship the goods?
    A: If you have own forwarder in China, we can just provide you with EXW price.
