Terms of Sales

1.If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, you must notify us within 30 days for a replacement item. If replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund to you.

2.But Non defective merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 30 days minus a 20% restocking fee.

3.Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

4.Please understand that shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. And we will send out a replacement include of charge.
