Permanent Magnetic Separator With Weak Magnetic Filed

Using new magnetic structure,we developed the CT series of permanent magnet drum separator (the separator), high-performance permanent magnet NdFeB and ferrite magnetic source as the main component of complex magnetic systems, with magnetic field Strong, automatically removing iron, high rate of iron removing, simple operation, small amount of maintenance, use of safe and reliable. The weight reduces 30% compared to ordinary ferrite magnetic separator, with the cylinder surface magnetic field 150-600mT, widely used in various types of iron ore, gold ore sorting and reconcentration of tailings. Selection principles

structure and working principles

CT permanent magnetic separator consists of the following main components: permanent magnetic drum, cell, rack, drive device, feed box .etc.
