1. Are you factory or trading company?
We are the enterprise which is the joint of trade and industry. Our Main Factory is located in LongGang District, ShenZhen. Our trading office is Located in WestLake District, HangZhou.

2. Can I order if quantity less than MOQ?
Yes and it would be taken as sample order to production. We take more serious on sample order.

3. Can I get Free Samples?
Yes. If samples we have in stock would be provided free for testing. However, the DHL postage should be paid by your side.

4. Can I order with my LOGO printing, size ,shape and package?
Yes, we do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. We also have professional design team for you if you need.

5. What is your lead-time?
OEM order: 10-15 DAYS
NORMAL order: 7-10 DAYS

7. How about the Package? if they card stand for long way shipment?
Our products would be package in a hard cardboard box first, and then in a 3 layers carton with professional cushioning material, and will be fixed tightly, even shipment by sea is no problem.
