Shipping Time

If you are not in urgent need for this item, please place a order and we will ship it within 48 hours as we promised. For urgent case, please contact us and pay extra postage, we will use EMS, DHL etc for you.

1. USA: it will take 7-10 days by EUB with tracking number or 3-5 days by USPS from our American store with a tracking number, we promise full refund or sent a parcel to you again if you not receive your parcel over 30 days.

2. Other countries (expect Russian) : It will take 15-30 days, and we promise full refund or sent a parcel to you again if you not receive your parcel over 45 days.

For Russian customers, since the Russian Customs check process is much more complex, sometimes it will take a few more weeks to clear goods from Russian Customs, According to feedback from our Russian clients, the shipping time is 25-45 days, we promise full refund or sent a parcel to you again if you not receive your parcel over 60 days.

Payment

1. We can accept L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram or PayPal, you can choose yourself. If you want other payment terms please let us know before you order.

Return Policy

2.Can we get a sample?

yes, indeed. But you should pay for the sample and take the shipment fee. We will refund the charge after you placed an order

3.I want to make the packaging box as our design, can you do it as our requirement ?

Absolutely we can do it as your design. But you should provide the neccesery information (material, size, printing, finishing,shape and so on.)

4.I prefer to shipping the products by DHL express, will you do that for me?

Yes, we will shipping the products as your reqeust. But pls kindly note that normally we send via HK DHL. We will inform you the tracking number within 3 days. The delivery time is 3-7days from the day we give you the tracking number.
