KDTJ series panning equipment are lasted products of our company, mainly used for placer gold separation, which are moveable panning devices.
Way of working
The equipment consists of feeding bin- washing trommel- shaftless trommel-chute- agitation chute (or centrifugal separator）、conveyer, （different devices are chosen according to different customer’s needs). The thommel screen and pump driven by motor, equipped with water system equipment. Customers can adjust the amount of water by valves.

Basic structure

From hopper to trommel screen discharge outlet

①upper part. Hopper - trommel inlet -trommel screen - drive chain - tail support frame-conveyer.

Bottom part. Motor - transmission - water pump pulley - water pump

②equipment base. Double beam frame (I steel) steering wheel - The main load wheel

③flush water. Water pump - hopper flush water pipe- trommel screen internal & external flush water pipe

④concentration tank. Produced with three steel board down from the center line of trommel screen. The baseplate and equipment base into10°, chute or centrifugal separator is connected to the side according to the requirement.

This series of products can handle 50-400 tons of raw placer gold ores. The equipment is easy to move, integrated design, high degree of integration, simple operation, labor -saving, large capacity, good separation effect.
