 Brief Introduction of Swaying feeder :

Swaying feeder is widely used in mining for gold, metallurgicaland mining, chemical and cement

 industries, it’s generally in the preceding paragraph before grinding, it can make the material more evenly to give into grinding equipment.

So, In the mining line, swaying feeder is generally installed in front of the ball mill. through a belt conveyor into ball mill

Swaying feeder can effectively control the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of ball mill.

Notes: The motor can be replaced by speed adjustment motor to adjust the feeding capacity

according to the customers requirments.

The devices are installed on the bottom of the ore bin outlet, the ore fall onto the leakage board at the chute bottom, the bottom of the leakage board is fixed on the idler, and through the eccentric institutions to connect the leakage board and the reducer together, and then through the coupling lined the motor. During the operation the motor drive the reducer through the coupling, and through the eccentric dish and the leaking plate, which is at the bottom of the frame also between the idlers, to move in reciprocating linear way, and achieve the feed uniformly.

  Place Order   

1. Double-check whether the bolts of the equipment and hopper are fastening or not.

2. Check whether the all the lubrication point is full of lubricating oil.

3. No allowing too much ore on the chute when start the equipment, it can feed ore only after the normal operation of equipment.

4. Adjust the eccentricity of the feeder’s two sides to the same, and the amplitude is no less than 5~5mm.

5. Before stop the equipment first should stop feeding, the electrical motor can be shut down only after all the ore are discharged.
