Organic Solvent Regeneration Device (Turnkey Plant)

1.The solvent recovery and reuse technology can protect our environment from solvent pollution, and reuse the solvent to reduce the cost and waste.

2.Using the distillation principle, Solvent purification system separates the contaminants from the original solvent to allow its re-use.

3.Solvent purification system separate the contaminants (resins, polymers, pigments, paints, oils, etc.) from the original solvent through a distillation process.

4.The vapours are then convoyed to a condenser cooled by water. The condensed solvent is collected in a tank, for its reuse.

The waste organic solvent contains:

ethanol, trichloroethylene, isopropyl alcohol, thinner,white oil, pyroacetic spirit, etc. The comprehensive utilization products mainly includes: cleaning agent, scaling powder, demoulding agent, etc.
