 When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items in 714 days once your payment is completed. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences inCustoms Clearance Time in individual countries, which may affect how fast your product will be inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional Customs Fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for Customs Duties.

Pre-sale Service

We have professional designer team for different products series. If you can send us your floor plan, we will design for you according to your layout and requirements. Usually it takes one to three days to finish the design drawing.

Selling Service

We provide professional customized service, namely, we are capable of providing the exact product you want, no matter for logo, material, size, color, etc.

Before the shipment, we will set up the steel frame in our factory and take pictures. All the pipes will be marked with numbers. And all of our products have detailed English installation instruction. You can follow them step by step. If you required, we can also send one or two engineers abroad to guide the installation

After-sales Service

The purchase of our products is not the end of the story, but the beginning of our partnership.

Our warranty time was two years. If any quality problems (except man-made problems and under abnormal use) occur during the warranty time, for example, crack of plastic accessories, color fading and damage of the iron parts etc. We will provide new components to you. If there is problems when warranty expires, we will send you the new components and will charge only the basic product cost and shipping cost.
