2. Characteristics and Application
   Designed to handle thrust loads while operating at high speeds, Thrust ball bearings are composed of a "washer-like"    bearing ring with raceway grooves for the balls.  Thrust ball bearings are classified into those with flat seats or    aligning seats depending on the shape of the outer ring seat.  These ball bearings can sustain axial loads but no radial    loads. 

  Thrust ball bearings come in two designs:  single direction and double direction.  The single direction design comprises two rings, referred to as shaft and housing washers and a single ball and cage assembly. The double direction design, on the other hand, comprises three washers and two ball and cage assemblies. The ball and cage assemblies of the double direction type are separated by the shaft washer.

6.Cages
The cages of ZLC thrust ball bearings have different structures such as whole type, sectional type and separate type.
Among which cages of whole type and sectional type are made of 20 steel or ZL102 aluminum casting alloys. Cages of separate type are made of polyamide resin 1010ZL102 aluminum casting alloys or QA110-3-1.5 aluminum bronze.

7. Lubrication
Thrust ball bearings mostly work in the condition of heavy load, low speed, so generally it is extremely more satisfied to impose filling lubrication. The grease ZLC commonly use concludes calcium grease, lithium grease, aluminum grease and high temperature grease, etc. Customers can choose the most suitable grease according to the specific conditions.
