1.  round-trip roller φ500×3050×3500mm, one set .

1-1 . seamless type of roller , the thickness is 14mm , surface is covered with rubber which is 25mm in the thickness and 95º±2. 

1-2.the holder of the round-trip roller is adjustable which is casted iron.

1-3 rolling roller :φ500×3050×3500mm,one set , it is to adjust the length of the cloth .

2. round net unit 

It is made up by 3 sets of round net and other device .

2-1. net diameter is φ1500×3050×3500mm, 3 sets , it is casted iron stainless type.

2-2. the pressing roller,φ450×3050×3500mm,3 sets,it is to press the cloth.

The roller is seamless with 14mm in the thickness , the surface is covered with the rubber with the.Thickness of 25mm ,hardness of 35—38º.

2-3. adjustable water injection device , 3 sets.

3-4.paper pressing roller φ245×3100×3600mm,the roller is made from casted iron covered with rubber of 12mm in the wall thickness and the surface is covered with the robber roller in the thickness of 15mm..

4-1.drying cylinderφ1500×3050×3500mm,it is made from casted iron , the hardness of the surface is blew than  200º , the working pressure is 0.5Mpa, water-testing pressure is 1.0 Mpa.

4-2. the guiding roller with cloth , φ219×3050×3500mm,the roller is seamless with the wall thickness of 12 mm and the surface is coated with cooper .

4-3.paper pressing rollerφ245×3100×3700mm,the roller is seamless with the wall thickness of 12mm and the surface is covered with rubber of 15mm in the thickness. 

4-4.the spring roller mostly isφ159×3000×3500mm,, the surface is coated with chrome ,bearing is the model of 210.

4-5. Electrical tension ,pneumatic correcting device.

4-6 doctor blade device of 6 sets.

4-7.drying cylinder φ180, M=10,Z=210, 16,with bearing parts, bearing holder, input head,siphon , metal hose .
