Machine Introduction:

CBADEN MACHINERY GROUP design and build this  Flat Bottom Case Packer and Stacker Line Model SAP40, it is the second process for the packed office paper to delivery automatically into the corrugated box , and then packed well.Wrapped reams convey to pointed position. By photo-electrical signal reams are piled-up by Mechanical hand automatically. Repeat pilling can do 4 reams or 5 reams height. After pilling, reams are pushed to another conveyor to casing line.

Flat bottom case papers are fed by automatic feed to pointed position and are controlled by photo-electrical signal. Piled reams are pushed onto the paper to forming position.

In case forming process, gluing is automatic. Feed-in and feed-out actions are executed by pneumatic cylinder.

On another conveyor, case cover papers are fed in pointed position. It also controlled by automatic feeding system and automatic gluing system. After forming and gluing, loaded cases are delivered to strapping station for cross strapping.

In automatic strapping system, cases are strapped in one direction first. And then, then system will turn the case into the other direction for cross strapping. All strapping motions are automatic.

After cross strapping, cases go to piling part. In pile-up work station, it has case direction change, auto-piling on programmed position and job reminder functions.

There is Alarm when out of case paper.
