Cutting speed: 

what laser power should I choose?  

This depends on the material & the maxi cut thickness.

The bigger the power is, the deeper it can cut, the cut speed is faster.

Usually, 60W can cut acrylic 8mm

80W cut acrylic 12-15mm

100W cut acrylic 18mm

150W cut acrylic 30mm

What other materials can I work on?

A CO2-laser can be used for engraving or etching a wide range of other materials, such as wood, glass, rubber, acrylic and plexiglass, plastics, leather, paper, textiles or foams.

 How long is the delivery time?

 For standard machines, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.

What’s the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?

For the GSI 300W laser tube we give the warranty for 18 months, and the machine has 18 months guarantee too. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
