UV-light Double-Door Towel Sterilizer Beauty Equipment(JB-46A) 

Theory:
This is UV towels sterilizer, it can hold 46 pieces towel, keep towels warm at constant 82-85 degree for hygenic treatment.
Included a built-in Ozone lamp.

Operation method:

1. Fold clean wet towels neatly to place them on the screen shelf in the towel cabinet and close the cabinet door.

2. Press the power switch to the lock position, the working indicator near the switch will be on to show that the towel cabinet starts heating.

3. When the temperature in the towel cabinet reaches the set temperature, the temperature in the towel cabinet will be kept automatically. When the temperature in the cabinet is lower than the set temperature, the heating will be done automatically in the cabinet.

4. If the towel is needed to be used, press the power switch and let it pressed out. The working indicator will be off to open the cabinet door ( Don’t close to the Crack in the cabinet door to avoid being burned by high temperature wet gas from the cabinet.) and use the tweezers to get the towel needed.

Use notice of towel cabinet and maintenance requirements of machine:

1. Please read the use manual carefully before use.

2. Place the towel warmer in shade and dry environment without inflammable, explosive objects; assure the distance between the towel warmer and the walls and other objects exceeds 30mm.

3. Please select safety and qualified socket according to the technical parameter table.

4. Drop the clean towels into water and wring them out to be half wet and place them into the towel cabinet.

5. Don’t open the cabinet door during the towels are heated. Please get the towels with the tweezers after they are heated to avoid being scalded.

6. Do not place poisonous, inflammable, explosive and evaporative chemicals into the towel warmer for preventing accident and loss.

7. Please open/close the door with suitable force. Hold it if necessary for prevent magnetic force. Don’t open or close the door with over power.

8. If any default is found from the product in the use, you shall stop using the product at once and inform the qualified electrical maintenance personnel for maintenance.

9. Clean the cabinet body with neutral clean agent regularly to keep it clean. Don’t use acidic, alkaline agents with corrosion or toxicity etc.

10. Cut off the power if you stop using the product. Before the product is stopped for a long time. Moved or maintained, the power shall be cut, the plug shall be pulled out and the qualified electrical maintenance personnel shall be invited to install or maintain it.

11.  If the power electrical wire was mangle, to avoid the danger, please contact with the manufacturer or after-sales services suppliers or other professional to help you replacing it.
